Planning around the snow season
Water-based work, like roof cleaning, exterior window cleaning and pressure washing, happens between spring melt and the first hard freeze. Many owners book an autumn visit to get gutters clear before the snow, and autumn spots fill quickly, so book early.
Spring is the time to deal with what winter leaves behind: grit and sand on driveways and walkways, and grime on windows and glass railings.
Second homes, rentals and strata
Many Whistler properties are second homes, nightly rentals or part of a strata. We can work with property managers and owners who aren't on site, send photos when the job is done, and schedule around guest bookings.
Keys, lockboxes and gate codes can be arranged in advance so you don't need to be there.

Questions from Whistler customers
Do you work in Whistler in winter?
Yes, with some limits. Once it's freezing we stop any work that uses water, such as pressure washing and exterior window cleaning. Through the winter we still install and take down holiday lights, clean gutters and clean interior windows.
Can you coordinate with my property manager?
Yes. We regularly work with managers and owners who aren't on site, and can send completion photos.
