Exterior cleaning across the Sea-to-Sky Corridor
Conditions change a lot along the corridor: coastal rain and wind on Howe Sound, heavy snow in Whistler, and warmer, drier summers in Pemberton. We plan maintenance around what each community actually deals with.
Pemberton, Whistler and Squamish
Whistler homes, chalets and strata deal with heavy snow, long damp winters and shaded lots, so roof moss, gutters packed with needles and mildewed siding are the usual jobs. For second homes and rentals we can work while you're away and send photos when it's done.
Pemberton's drier, dustier summers mean more window and pressure washing, and we can bring our own water for properties on a well. Squamish is home base: from Valleycliffe to Brackendale, we see everything from older homes to new townhome complexes.
Howe Sound communities
Britannia Beach, Furry Creek and Lions Bay are smaller communities between Squamish and West Vancouver. Homes here are often on steep, forested lots facing the water, so gutter cleaning, moss control and window cleaning are the most common requests.
Seasons along the corridor
Roof moss removal and gutter cleaning are time sensitive: moss shortens a roof's life and clogs gutters, and gutters should be cleared before the heavy rain and the first freeze.
When it freezes we pause water-based work like pressure washing, exterior windows and house washing, while gutter cleaning, interior windows and holiday light installation continue. Holiday lights have a short season, from October through the holidays, so book early.
