What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number, property address and community, the services you’re interested in, any details you choose to share, and any photos you upload.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and complete work, and send invoices. We store client records in our job management software (Jobber) and may receive your request by email.

If you tick the optional box to receive seasonal reminders and offers, we’ll occasionally email you. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether a quote request was sent. We don’t use this data for advertising personalization.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example our job management, email and website hosting providers), or where required by law.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@sparkcleanup.com.
