In detail
What to expect
1. Your request
Send the quote form with your address, the services you're interested in and any photos. The more we know, the more accurate the first quote.
2. Assessment
Some jobs can be quoted from photos and aerial imagery. Others need a short site visit to check access, roofing material or the condition of the surfaces.
3. Written estimate
You'll get a written quote listing the services, what's included and what isn't, the price and the next available dates.
4. Scheduling
We book a day that works for you and confirm the details beforehand: access, gates, pets, water taps and anything we should know about.
5. Service day
We arrive when we said we would, protect plants and surfaces around the work, and clean up afterwards.
6. Follow-up
We walk through the results with you, or send photos if you're away, and point out anything we noticed that needs attention.

Before you book
Do you need to visit before quoting?
Not always. Photos often give us enough for a quote. For roofs, large properties or tricky access, a short visit makes the quote more accurate.
How do I pay?
