Before you send
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Squamish and work across the Sea-to-Sky corridor from Pemberton to Lions Bay, and on the North Shore from Horseshoe Bay to Deep Cove. If you're unsure whether we cover your street, ask when you request a quote.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the request form with your address and the services you're interested in. Photos help. Some jobs can be quoted from photos and satellite imagery, while others need a quick site visit. Either way, the quote is free.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not for most exterior work, as long as we can get to the areas being cleaned and any gates are unlocked. Interior window cleaning needs someone home.
Do you work with strata councils and property managers?
Yes. We can quote common areas, work to a maintenance schedule and coordinate notices and access with your property manager.
What happens if it rains on service day?
Light rain doesn't stop most exterior cleaning. We'll reschedule roof work and anything else that isn't safe or effective in the conditions, and we'll let you know ahead of time.
Are you insured?
Yes. Spark carries liability insurance and is registered with WorkSafeBC. We can provide a certificate of insurance for strata and commercial clients on request.
