Exterior and interior window cleaning, skylights, glass railings and frames, using water-fed poles and traditional squeegee work.
Clean glass makes a bigger difference than most people expect, especially on homes built around a view.
We clean exterior windows with water-fed poles and purified water where that's the best option, and by hand with a squeegee where it isn't. We clean windows inside and out, plus skylights and glass railings, and screens and tracks can be added to the same visit.
What's included
- Exterior glass cleaned with a water-fed pole system or by hand, depending on the window.
- Frames and sills wiped or rinsed as part of exterior cleaning.
- Interior glass cleaned with care taken around furniture and floors.
- Optional add-on: screen cleaning and track cleaning.
Water-fed pole cleaning
A water-fed pole lets us scrub and rinse upper windows from the ground using purified water, which dries without leaving mineral spots. It means fewer ladders against your siding and safer access to second- and third-storey glass.
Some windows are better done by hand: heavily soiled glass, windows with paint or construction residue, and glass that needs a perfectly detailed finish.
Skylights and glass railings
Skylights collect needles, pollen and grime that's hard to reach. If a skylight can be accessed safely from the roof or a pole, we'll include it in your quote.
Glass railings on decks and balconies show every water spot and handprint. We clean both sides where they're accessible and take care around railing hardware and decking.
What we can and can't reach
Most residential windows can be reached from the ground or a ladder. For very tall glass, steep terrain below windows, or windows over roofs we can't safely stand on, we'll confirm access during the quote.
Hard-water staining, etched glass and failed window seals (fogging between panes) can't be fixed by cleaning. We'll let you know if that's what we see.

Window cleaning questions
Do you clean inside windows too?
Yes. We clean windows inside and out, and screen and track cleaning are available as add-ons. We'll confirm the number of windows and any hard-to-reach glass when quoting.
Does rain ruin freshly cleaned windows?
Rain on its own usually dries fairly clean. Spots tend to come from dirt already on the glass or splash-back, which is why a thorough clean lasts longer.
Can you clean skylights?
Usually. It depends on the roof pitch and safe access. We'll assess skylights during your quote.
Do you clean glass railings?
Yes, on decks, balconies and stairways. We clean both sides where they can be reached safely.
Do you clean windows for businesses and strata buildings?
Yes, for low- and mid-rise buildings where windows can be reached by pole or ladder. High-rise rope access work is outside our scope.
