Squamish · Pressure washing
A long Brackendale driveway, a shop and two decks
At the north end of Squamish, lots are bigger and so are the surfaces. One visit can cover the driveway, the walkways, the decks and the shop apron.

This story describes a typical situation we see in Squamish, not one specific customer.
The situation
A property in Brackendale has a long gravel-edged concrete driveway, a detached shop with a concrete apron, a cedar deck off the kitchen and a second deck by the garden. Everything had greyed over and the shaded parts were growing moss.
Rather than tackle it piece by piece over several weekends, the owner wanted one quote for the lot.
Planning a whole-property clean
Each surface is listed separately in the quote: driveway, apron, walkways and each deck. That way it's clear what's included, and the owner can choose to leave anything out.
On rural properties we also confirm the water supply and where the outdoor taps are, because a long driveway can be a long way from the house. If the supply is limited, we can bring our own water.
How we approach it
Concrete is cleaned with a rotary surface cleaner for an even finish. Oil and rust stains on the shop apron are pre-treated; older stains may lighten without disappearing completely.
Cedar decks are cleaned at much lower pressure so the boards don't fur or splinter. Staining or sealing afterwards is a separate decision.
We keep run-off away from gardens and ditches and rinse down the area when we're done.
What to expect
Surfaces that look cared for again, with better grip on shaded areas. Larger properties usually need a full day, which we'll confirm in the quote.
Questions we hear
Can you remove oil stains from my shop apron?
We pre-treat them and most lighten noticeably, but deep, old stains may not come out completely.
Do you stain decks?
Staining isn't part of pressure washing. Ask us if you'd like it quoted separately.
