How we approach pressure washing, including methods and limits
Common Squamish pressure washing jobs
- Concrete driveways with dark staining, moss along the edges and tire marks.
- Paver walkways and patios where moss and weeds have filled the joints.
- Wood decks greyed by weather, and stairs that have turned slick with algae.
- Strata entrances, walkways and common areas.
When to book
Spring and early summer are the most popular times, once surfaces can dry out after cleaning. Commercial and strata work can be scheduled at quieter times to limit disruption.

FAQ
Pressure washing in Squamish: questions
Will pressure washing make my walkway less slippery?
Removing moss and algae usually makes a big difference to grip. Growth will return over time, especially in shade, so periodic cleaning helps.
Can you clean pavers without washing out all the sand?
Some joint sand loss is normal with a thorough clean. We'll tell you whether re-sanding is recommended and whether it's included in your quote.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or deck?
Not when the pressure and technique are matched to the surface. We use lower pressure or soft washing on wood and delicate surfaces.
Can you remove oil stains?
Oil stains usually lighten with hot water and degreaser, but older stains that have soaked into concrete may not come out completely.
