Whistler Village strata windows before the summer season
In the pedestrian village, there's no pulling a truck up to the door, and the guests are always watching.

This story describes a typical situation we see in Whistler, not one specific customer.
The situation
A strata building in Whistler Village, with a mix of owner-occupied and rental suites, wanted all exterior windows cleaned before the summer season. Spring had left a film of grit and pollen on the glass, and several balconies had water-spotted railings.
The property manager's main concerns were guest disruption and access in the pedestrian zone.
Working in the Village
Parking and equipment access in the Village need planning. We confirm loading areas and timing with the property manager before the day.
Work around entrances and patios is scheduled for quieter times, and walkways are kept clear and safe for pedestrians.
How we approach it
- Exterior glass that can be reached from the ground or low roofs is cleaned with water-fed poles and purified water.
- Balcony glass and railings are cleaned unit by unit where access is arranged, coordinated around check-ins.
- Elevations that need rope access are identified up front as out of scope, so there are no surprises.
For the property manager
A clear plan by elevation, notices ready to send to owners and guests, and a summary at the end of anything we couldn't access. A pre-summer and a pre-winter clean keep Village glass ahead of both busy seasons.
Questions we hear
Can you work around guest check-ins?
Yes. We schedule balcony and unit access around your booking calendar.
Do you clean high windows on lodges?
We clean what can be reached by pole, ladder or low roof. Higher facades need a rope-access company.
