View windows on a Benchlands home
Up on the Benchlands, the house is mostly glass on the valley side. Keeping it clear is the whole point.

This story describes a typical situation we see in Pemberton, not one specific customer.
The situation
A home in the Benchlands has a two-storey wall of windows facing across the valley, plus a deck with glass railings. Dust from the dry summer and a few spring rainstorms had left the glass hazy and streaked, and the upper panes were well out of reach.
The owners had been putting off hiring anyone because they assumed it would need scaffolding.
Reaching tall glass
Most tall view windows can be reached from the ground with a water-fed pole, no scaffolding needed. The pole carries purified water to a soft brush, which scrubs and rinses the glass in one pass.
Purified water dries without leaving minerals, so tall glass dries clear without anyone needing to squeegee it by hand.
How we approach it
- Upper panes are cleaned with the water-fed pole, including frames and sills.
- Lower windows, doors and glass railings are finished by hand for a crisp result.
- Screen cleaning, an optional add-on, is worth it here, since dusty screens re-coat clean glass quickly in Pemberton's dry months.
- Interior glass is cleaned too, depending on height and what's below the windows inside.
When to book
Late spring and early fall are good times in Pemberton, after pollen and after the dry summer dust.

Do you need scaffolding for tall windows?
Usually not. Water-fed poles reach most tall residential glass from the ground.
Can you clean the inside of tall windows?
Often, depending on the height and what's below the windows inside. We confirm when quoting.
